I’m a service and UX designer from Montréal, with 7+ years of experience creating user-centered, AI-enhanced solutions across healthcare, education, and tech. I specialize in tackling complex challenges through research, strategy, and service design – from industrial technology and hospital workflows to accessible learning platforms.

I hold a Master’s in Service Design from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor’s in Computation Arts from Concordia University, combining design, technology, and science to inform my approach. I’m especially interested in how emerging technologies can support more human, effective systems.

Outside of work, I love to stay active with lots of sports – skiing and squash are my favourites – and I’ve recently gotten back into piano – things that keep me creative and focused outside of design.
